Clients are assessed on an individual basis ensuring the treatment is specific to each person, the objective being to determine and address the most pressing needs effectively whilst maintaining a clear perspective and strategy on the more chronic aspects. Some treatments you may need to relax, while others require deeper, more intense work. Helping you to know your own body and what it needs is the ultimate goal of a truly effective therapeutic relationship.
Zeli has a personal passion for health and wellbeing and is continuously developing her therapy skills further. She is a registered member of the Complementary Therapy Association.
