Mr Thomas Maule works as a consulting Podiatrist here at On The Lane, diagnosing and treating various foot problems, offering consultation, treatment and Orthoses. Thomas Maule graduated Northampton School of Podiatry in 2001 with honours, followed by a post graduate diploma. He also completed the Theory of Podiatric surgery in 2007 at Queens Margaret’s University Scotland. His additional training includes steroid injection therapy at Northampton general Hospital 2007. Thomas Maule continues his training undertaking various CPD courses and lectures.

With over 18 years’ experience in Podiatry Thomas Maule has obtained a wealth of knowledge in his field. He has worked in various hospitals including Charing Cross Hospital where he specialised in Podiatric surgery from 2006 to 2011 and West Midlands Hospital where he specialised in adult and paediatric biomechanics and Podiatric surgery from 2006 to 2011. Practitioner Thomas Maule is able to diagnose and treat a vast range of foot and lower limb problems in particular the foot and ankle. He has developed his skills to a very high standard and is able to treat and diagnose complex foot conditions.

He specialises in toe nail surgery partial and full removal of the nail plate, biomechanics, soft tissue disorders including intra-articular injections, neuromas, bunions, heel pain and sporting injuries as well as routine foot health care such as corns, verrucae and callus. Mr Maule is also able to prescribe orthoses devices specifically designed for the individual patient’s foot, manufactured to the highest standard to manage various foot problems and conditions.

Thomas Maule also treats common paediatric foot problems such as flat feet, congenital deformities, pigeon toes and skin lesions. Thomas Maule is registered with the Health Professionals Council and is a recognised member of the Society of Chiropodist and Podiatrists. He is also a member of the Bupa podiatry network and is registered with all major healthcare providers.
