Registered practitioner, Kinesiology Federation, UK; Registered Specialised Kinesiology Practitioner, Australian Kinesiology Association; Senior Associate Member, Royal Society of Medicine. Helen is an intuitive and passionate mind-body therapist with extensive training in Kinesiology. She has always had a keen interest in healing and holistic therapies, coming from a family of Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, and is particularly interested in how the subconscious mind can both assist and sabotage us. Helen was originally introduced to Kinesiology in order to help with chronic stress, grief and unresolved emotional issues.
The sessions she had so profoundly changed her emotionally, mentally and physically, that she realised that this was the tool she needed to fulfil a lifelong dream of supporting people to return to, and achieve optimal health, overcome long held stresses and limiting beliefs and assist the body in healing itself. Helen is of British and New Zealand-Chinese origin, and was born and educated in Hong Kong where she co-founded a branding agency that she ran for over ten years. She understands first hand the pressure of working in a high intensity, stressful environment, and the toll this can take on people physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
As a mother and a business person, Helen understands that needing help and getting help are two very different things. Helen has studied with Hugo Tobar and Charles Krebs, two of the best known teachers and originators of powerful kinesiology modalities, as well as integrating Kinergetics, Brain Gym, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), EFT, BodyTalk and Reiki into her Kinesiology and healing practice.
